Mountain Wisdom Camp

Wilderness Works campers enjoyed wonderful care by an awesome staff at Mountain Wisdom Camp in Ellijay, Georgia!
Mountain Wisdom Camp is led by summer camp veteran Jay Zipperman and is the pinnacle of youth development.
The emphasis at Mountain Wisdom is personal growth and wilderness adventure all in the rich setting of mountains and two gorgeous lakes. Activities ranging from cooking to archery to solo camping were all part of a life changing week that included a lot of fun and friendship. Intermittent rain did little to change the amazing enthusiasm and spirit that permeated an unforgettable week. 

Jay Zipperman assembles a highly qualified staff that teaches a variety of things including matters of healing and growth. As if the program staff was not incredible enough, the Mountain Wisdom kitchen team served repeatedly pleasing and filling meals.
An attitude of reverence and appreciation was the standard. Meanwhile, campfires, fishing and swimming meant tons of fun for everyone!
